The Battle River Big Band “We’ll Meet Again”
The Battle River Big Band returns by popular demand on Sunday, November 6, 2016 for a Remembrance Day theme which focuses on the home front. The band will celebrate the women left behind who kept the homes, factories and communities going while the troops were overseas. George Burns and Gracie Allen plus Ronnie the Bren Gun Girl will drop by for a visit. The Mad Cat Swing Dancers will add their flair to the smooth sounds of the twenty piece band.

Battle River Big Band Christmas Dinner and Show
The popular Battle River Big Band returns to the Bailey Theatre for a Christmas dinner and show. A-1 Catering is cooking up a buffet of choices to delight many tastes. The Band will play a variety of seasonal songs, anthems and hymns done up in fresh listener-friendly jazz arrangements which the band does so well. The play list is some well-known Christmas standards together with some not-so-well known songs. The concert will be sure to brighten the musical spirits for the holiday season. Musical director Dennis Rusinak promises Jingle Bells has never sounded so good.
